Amazon is seeking a Regional Site Manager to lead SSD buildings in a region. You will oversee end-to-end operations and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role manages a network of +70k units, coordinates with DSPs, transport, finance, and IT, and leads a team of +6 site managers and +50 associates. You will build a strong talent pipeline and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
• 8+ years of leadership in operations or logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end inbound and outbound operations for the site.
• Manage relationships with multiple delivery providers and suppliers.
• Drive operational goals and present metrics to senior leadership.
• Hire and develop top talent, including onboarding, performance and engagement.
