Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring in a fast-paced, global IT services environment. The role focuses on building strong pipelines for BPS and IT profiles, partnering with business stakeholders, and shaping hiring strategies.

You will manage high-volume requisitions, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while meeting SLAs.

Formación

• Proven TA experience in large, global organizations.
• Strong experience recruiting BPS and/or IT profiles.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; strong communication.
• Minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for BPS and/or IT profiles.
• Handle a high volume of requisitions simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights and talent solutions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes, ensuring timelines and policies are followed.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
• Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and organizational changes in a dynamic environment.
• Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
• Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and organizational changes within a dynamic environment.
• Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven Talent Acquisition experience within large, global organizations.
• Strong experience recruiting BPS and/or IT profiles.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of hiring requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication.
• High adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
