Totum Talent is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for its IT Software Services operations in Mexico. You will design and execute recruitment strategies, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with department heads, and drive metrics on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire while leveraging ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English

Experience:

• Experience in Recruitment and Selection Processes
• Experience in IT hiring
• Experience managing a Recruitment team
• Strong understanding of Mexican Labor Laws and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and Recruitment analytics
