MAHLE is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the region, partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. You will handle complex, high-profile roles while shaping sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

In this role you will own full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, and collaborate with HR partners and the global TA community. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in TA, bilingual English/Spanish, and a strategic execution mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish 100%.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally for manufacturing/technical senior roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Mindset balancing strategy with execution.
• Passion for candidate experience and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

• Proactively source and engage talent using data-driven approaches.

• Ensure a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with HR partners and the broader global TA community.
• Represent the company externally as an authentic brand ambassador.

Your Contribution; We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with deep, end to end Talent Acquisition experience to partner closely with the business and play a key role in shaping how we attract and hire top talent across the region. This role goes beyond filling requisitions. It is designed for a TA professional who brings strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and a passion for candidate experience, while still enjoying hands on recruiting for complex and high profile roles.

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of roles, including senior and critical positions
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability
• Proactively source and engage talent using creative, targeted, and data‑driven approaches
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long‑term talent networks
• Ensure a high‑touch, best‑in‑class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Collaborate closely with HR partners and the broader global TA community
• Represent the company externally as an authentic brand ambassador

Your Experience & Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or other relevant field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%
• 5+ years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally supporting manufacturing, technical or complex corporate environments at senior level / hard-to-fill roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing at all levels
• Expertise in proactive sourcing and market mapping
• A mindset that balances strategy with execution
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and candidate experience
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
