Totum Talent is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead the talent acquisition function for IT Software Services in Mexico. You will design and execute strategies to attract top talent, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, while mentoring a team of recruiters, establishing KPIs, and collaborating with department heads on requirements and compensation benchmarking.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience in Recruitment and Selection Processes.
• Experience in IT hiring.
• Experience managing a Recruitment team.
• Strong understanding of Mexican labor laws and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Forecast hiring needs for technical and functional roles in collaboration with department heads.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to attract talent.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Set KPIs and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Advise on compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation.
• Ensure adherence to Mexican labor laws and global company policies.

OBJECTIVE:

The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the talent acquisition function for our IT Software Services operations in Mexico. This role is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top technical and non-technical talent, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Strategic Recruitment Planning

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Forecast hiring needs for technical and functional roles in collaboration with department heads.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to attract talent.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Set KPIs and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

Stakeholder Collaboration

Technology & Process Optimization

• Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English

Experience:

• Experience in Recruitment and Selection Processes
• Experience in IT hiring
