LEGO Group in Ciénega de Flores, Mexico, seeks a Senior Moulding Manager to lead a large manufacturing organisation delivering safe, reliable, high-quality production. Job Description

As Senior Moulding Manager in Ciénega de Flores, Mexico, you’ll lead a large manufacturing organization responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality production. This role sits at the heart of the LEGO Group’s Operations team, where people development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement come together every day.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily moulding operations, driving the achievement of production goals while ensuring compliance of quality and safety standards.
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term production strategic plans to support business growth, optimize operational performance, and ensure sustainable manufacturing capacity.
• Strengthen organizational capability by developing leaders and teams through coaching, performance feedback, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Drive performance management using operational KPIs, resource and budget planning and oversight, and structured reporting.
• Close partnership with global and local teams to share best practices and strengthen manufacturing excellence.
• Lead Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement programs, fostering a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability across manufacturing operations.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a production environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions by leveraging operational insights, key performance indicators, and business priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while cultivating accountability, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication skills with experience working across functions and international networks.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in plastic injection moulding or automated production technologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing – Continuous Improvement and Project Management.

Note: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores. This is not a remote position
