Then make it real.**As Senior Moulding Manager in Ciénega de Flores, Mexico, you'll lead a large manufacturing organization responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality production. Together, you'll build, rebuild and inspire by creating the conditions for safe operations, strong quality performance, and a culture where every voice contributes to continuous improvement across the LEGO Group.**Core Responsibilities*** Lead and oversee daily moulding operations, driving the achievement of production goals while ensuring compliance of quality and safety standards.* Develop and execute mid- to long-term production strategic plans to support business growth, optimize operational performance, and ensure sustainable manufacturing capacity.* Strengthen organizational capability by developing leaders and teams through coaching, performance feedback, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives.* Drive performance management using operational KPIs, resource and budget planning and oversight, and structured reporting.* Close partnership with global and local teams to share best practices and strengthen manufacturing excellence.* Lead Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement programs, fostering a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability across manufacturing operations**Do you have what it takes?*** Experience leading manufacturing operations in a production environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of manufacturing processes.* Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions by leveraging operational insights, key performance indicators, and business priorities.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while cultivating accountability, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.* Effective communication skills with experience working across functions and international networks.**Nice to Have:*** Experience in plastic injection moulding or automated production technologies.* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing - Continuous Improvement and Project Management.**Note: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores.
