LEGO Group in Ciénega de Flores, Mexico, seeks a Senior Moulding Manager to lead a large manufacturing operation delivering safe, reliable, high-quality production. You will drive continuous improvement, develop leaders, and align with global manufacturing standards.

You will foster a learning-driven culture, enhance safety and quality performance, and collaborate with international teams to sustain manufacturing excellence and capacity for growth.

Job Description

As Senior Moulding Manager in Ciénega de Flores, Mexico, you'll lead a large manufacturing organization responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality production. This role sits at the heart of the LEGO Group’s Operations team, where people development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement come together every day.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily moulding operations, driving the achievement of production goals while ensuring compliance of quality and safety standards.
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term production strategic plans to support business growth, optimize operational performance, and ensure sustainable manufacturing capacity.
• Strengthen organizational capability by developing leaders and teams through coaching, performance feedback, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Drive performance management using operational KPIs, resource and budget planning and oversight, and structured reporting.
• Close partnership with global and local teams to share best practices and strengthen manufacturing excellence.
• Lead Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement programs, fostering a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability across manufacturing operations.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a production environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions by leveraging operational insights, key performance indicators, and business priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while cultivating accountability, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication skills with experience working across functions and international networks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in plastic injection moulding or automated production technologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing - Continuous Improvement and Project Management.

Note This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores. This is not a remote position.
