Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a production environment with focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to translate data into actionable improvement plans and KPIs.
• Proven capability to coach and develop leaders and teams.
• Strong communication across functions and international networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily moulding operations, driving production goals while ensuring quality and safety.
• Develop mid- to long-term production plans to support growth and capacity.
• Grow organizational capability through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
• Drive performance management with KPIs, budgets, and structured reporting.
• Partner with global and local teams to share best practices in manufacturing excellence.
• Lead Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement programs across operations.
