Genpact Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Associate - SCM - Logistics Support to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receipt, and dispatch, while ensuring data integrity.

You will develop reports and dashboards, support SOPs, analyze historical warehouse data to drive efficiency, and coordinate with client teams to resolve issues in a hybrid, day-shift role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Admin, Industrial Eng, Logistics, or SCM
• Master's in Operations Management preferred
• Certifications: CLT and CSCP

Responsabilidades

• Understand and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, material receipt, and dispatch.
• Support documentation and SOPs for warehouse processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Utilize client tools to create, update, and maintain accurate warehouse data for material movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor daily operations and implement timely resolutions.
• Analyze historical warehouse data, cleanse datasets, and generate insights to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for warehouse management processes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding operations, data analysis, and issue resolution.
