Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - S&P - Procurement Ops to coordinate procurement requirements, conduct supplier market research, and negotiate favorable contracts. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and adherence to internal policies in a hybrid Mexico work setup.

Ideal candidates have CPP certification, relevant bachelor’s or master’s degrees, and experience in sourcing, analytics, and process improvement within industrial manufacturing or supply chain contexts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Master's degree in Operations Management.
• Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) - IIPMR.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate procurement requirements and align with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess capabilities, quality, and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to secure favorable agreements and maximize cost efficiency.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Analyze procurement data to optimize processes, improve efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and records of sourcing activities, supplier performance, and procurement decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to procurement processes and vendor management.
