Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Specialist to conduct audits, assess risks, and strengthen governance across functions. You will develop and monitor frameworks, identify exposures, and guide teams on regulatory changes and controls.

The role supports cross-functional collaboration, prepares management reports, and delivers training to promote a strong compliance culture within a hybrid work environment in Mexico.

Formación

• Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance, with a master’s in finance preferred.
• Experience with financial close processes and consolidation activities is essential.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance controls is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
