Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to conduct audits, implement compliance frameworks, and guide business units on regulatory changes. You will collaborate across teams to embed risk controls and prepare management dashboards.

The role requires strong experience in R2R, financial close, and regulatory reporting, with a focus on governance and process improvements. Hybrid work arrangement in Mexico and growth opportunities offered.

Formación

• Bachelors degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance; Masters in Finance preferred.
• Certifications include CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM for compliance and finance roles.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance and minimize risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigations, and support corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance on compliance issues and regulatory changes to business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulators.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture.
