Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A to manage end-to-end General Accounting operations within a hybrid Mexico-based role. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, preparing reports, and supporting month-end close and corporate reporting.

The role emphasizes process improvements, accuracy in reconciliations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure SOX compliance and accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance or Masters in Finance.
• CFA, CPA, CRCM certifications may be preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency required (C2 level).

Responsibilities

• Review day-to-day activities in General Accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reports.
• Support month-end close, fixed assets capitalization, and maintenance.
• Handle intercompany accounting, bank and investment reconciliations, and GL reconciliations.
• Assist with escheat reconciliations, corporate reporting, and SOX compliance.
