Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Specialist in F&A R2R External Reporting to join our AI-driven finance team. You will prepare and review external financial statements under GAAP/IFRS, support audits, and provide clear insights on reporting outcomes.

This hybrid role requires English proficiency and a strong background in accounting and financial analysis. You will work with internal partners to improve controls and automate reporting processes, helping global clients stay compliant and informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance, or a related master's degree.
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS in external reporting.
• Certifications CFA/CPA/ICMAI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements in GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Coordinate external audits by providing accurate, timely, and complete documentation to auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in reporting processes.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear insights and explanations on financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance in external reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
