Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate, F&A (I2C) to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes in a hybrid Mexico-based role. You will perform cash application, remittances, dispute resolution, and reconciliations while working with multiple AR entities.

The position requires solid accounting knowledge, exposure to SAP and Power BI, and an ability to maintain accurate financial records with a focus on process improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master level finance degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Make collection calls to customers and manage remittance processing.
• Perform cash allocation and cash application across AR entities.
• Maintain end-to-end AR processes and DRR with timely reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve disputes; liaise with internal teams for resolutions.
• Create and update SOPs and respond to process updates.

Understanding of all aspects of Cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances including deep validation experience and report out to business. Cash Application Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances. Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets. Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the AR processes, complete know-how and understanding of the AR value chain. Experience of working with a real estate client will be a preference. Create and update the Standard Operations Procedure and other updates received from time to time. Should be able to deal with clients for any query or information. Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications. Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner. Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
