Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to support month-end close, reporting, and controls within a fast-moving environment. You will contribute to accurate financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany processes while leveraging AI-driven insights and robust controls.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge and experience with closing, reporting, and audit deliverables, in a hybrid work setting within the region.

Responsibilities

• Month end closing activities
• Reporting & consolidations
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities
• Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Handle quarterly intercompany process
• Resolution of Balancing Items
• Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
