Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist in F&A – R2R – External Reporting to prepare and review external financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.

The role involves coordinating audits, analyzing data for trends, and supporting internal control design to safeguard reporting integrity. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide clear insights on financial performance and stay ahead of regulatory changes, enabling process improvements and automation across reporting

Formación

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance required.
• Masters in Finance preferred; CFA/CPA/CMA certifications add value.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and external reporting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review external financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate and support external audits with accurate documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and testing of internal controls for reporting accuracy.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to explain financial performance and outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance in reporting.
