Genpact Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a Specialist for F&A - R2R to manage month-end close, reporting, and consolidations. You will ensure controls, KPIs, and SLA adherence while coordinating with auditors and intercompany teams.

You should have strong accounting knowledge, closing and reporting experience, and be fluent in Spanish; SAP ERP experience is a plus. This hybrid role offers day shifts and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience with audits and intercompany processes is a plus.

• Execute month-end close activities and prepare financial statements.
• Perform reporting and consolidations in line with deadlines.
• Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate intercompany settlements and drive process improvements.
• Ensure controls and KPIs/SLA adherence; support audits.
