Genpact in Mexico is seeking a compliance professional to conduct audits, assess risks, and strengthen control environments across banking and capital markets processes. You will build and monitor governance frameworks, guide business teams on regulatory changes, and support remediation efforts with clear reporting.

The role requires a solid FP&A and R2R background, advanced Excel skills, and a collaborative, transformation-driven mindset to deliver scalable risk solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Professional experience in Banking and Capital Markets FP&A, Reconciliation and R2R.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks to strengthen controls.
• Identify risk exposures, recommend mitigations, and support corrective actions.
• Provide SME guidance on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for reviews.
• Deliver training sessions to promote a compliance culture across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
