ISi GmbH is seeking a proactive, results-driven professional to oversee safety, health, environment, security, and facilities operations at our Mexico site.

Responsibilities include coordinating risk assessments, implementing safety programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance, including ISO 14001 and local standards. You will manage building and fleet operations and support continuous site improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years in manufacturing/industrial with hands-on safety, facilities and security responsibilities.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHSO/CHMM are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican safety, health, and environmental regs; ISO 14001, PTAR, CTPAT familiarity.
• Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control) and building management.
• Proficient in budget planning and project management.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; CMMS experience a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

The ideal candidate will coordinate risk assessment activities, develop and implement safety and hygiene programs, ensure regulatory compliance (including ISO 14001 and local/national standards), manage building and fleet operations, and support continuous improvement across our site.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with hands-on safety, facilities, and security responsibilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHSO/CHMM) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican safety, health, and environmental regulations; experience with ISO 14001, PTAR, and CTPAT considerations.
• Familiarity with security systems (video surveillance, access control, perimeter protection) and building management.
• Proficiency in budget planning and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with facility ERP/CMMS is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
