iSi Culinary is seeking a proactive professional to oversee safety, health, environment, security, and facilities operations at our site. The role coordinates risk assessments, develops hygiene programs, and ensures compliance with ISO 14001 and local regulations while managing facilities and fleet operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing environments, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting with hands-on safety, facilities, and security responsibilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHSO/CHMM) are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, health, environment, security, and facilities operations for the site.
• Coordinate risk assessment activities and implement safety and hygiene programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including ISO 14001 and local/national standards.
• Manage building and fleet operations and capital improvement projects.
• Support continuous improvement across the site and lead cross-functional teams.
