Empresa Confidencial seeks an experienced Industrial Safety Leader to oversee health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives at our industrial site in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.

You will lead the EHS strategy, drive accident prevention, manage risk assessments, coordinate emergency response, monitor KPIs, and advance sustainability programs while fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS/Safety leadership experience in industrial settings.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations, risk management and safety systems.
• Proven leadership, communication and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, emergency planning and incident investigations.

Responsabilidades
