ppdigital is seeking a proactive safety, health, environment, security, and facilities leader to oversee site operations in Mexico. You will coordinate risk assessments, develop and implement safety and hygiene programs, and ensure regulatory compliance including ISO 14001 and local standards.

You will manage building and fleet operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross‑functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field with 5–7 years’ experience is required;

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with hands-on safety, facilities and security responsibilities.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHSO/CHMM are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican safety, health, and environmental regulations; ISO 14001, PTAR, and CTPAT familiarity.
• Familiarity with security systems (video surveillance, access control, perimeter protection) and building management.
• Proven budget planning and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
