iSi Group is seeking a proactive, results-driven leader to oversee safety, health, environment, security, and facilities operations at our Tlaxcala site. The role requires coordinating risk assessments, developing safety programs, and driving continuous improvement across facilities and operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Mexican regulations, ISO 14001 familiarity, and experience managing building and fleet operations, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with hands-on safety, facilities, and security responsibilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHSO/CHMM) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican safety, health, and environmental regulations; experience with ISO 14001, PTAR, and CTPAT considerations.
• Familiarity with security systems (video surveillance, access control, perimeter protection) and building management.
• Proficiency in budget planning and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with facility ERP/CMMS is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
