Formación

• Experience managing a team of 30 people, including receiving and Kanban supervisors.
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs and inventory management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Your Tasks

Direct the warehouse division and ensure the attainment of agreed targets in the area of responsibility regarding quality, cost, timing, service and cooperation (Q‑C‑T‑S‑C) as well as occupational safety and environmental protection. Manage and optimize processes and plan the optimal use of human resources in the area of responsibility within middle to complex plant operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing a warehouse, ensuring the availability of the parts stored there, monitoring and correcting stock levels (permanent inventory), arranging for identity tests if necessary.
• Checking the inspection of incoming goods for damage, completeness and correctness; informing the respective departments about differences and deviations; monitoring incoming goods bookings and delivery note filing according to the applicable specifications.
• Guaranteeing material supplies to the in‑plant production departments and other national and international plants according to requirements, including the complete dispatch processing in the system, preparing the necessary shipping documents, and transporting finished goods and assemblies.
• Monitoring all warehouse‑relevant processes, master data and warehouse types in the SAP system, initiating measures to secure system availability.
• Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repair work on all movable assets and plant facilities within the area of responsibility.
