Smartee Aligners is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and implement a South America sales plan, focusing on achieving local targets and expanding the customer base.

You will conduct market activities, nurture relationships, handle complaints to protect brand, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to drive sales. Fluent in Spanish and English is required, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in sales techniques and local market strategies, with strong adaptability and learning ability.
• Willing to develop a long-term career in the South America market, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and implementing the sales plan in South America to achieve local sales targets.
• Conduct sales activities, explore the South America market, and generate new customer leads.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to protect the company's brand reputation.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to execute sales-related tasks.
