Smartlyio in Mexico City is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Technical Consulting team. You will design, build, and support integrations, tooling, and custom solutions that extend the Smartly platform for enterprise customers and agency partners.

You will work with Product and Engineering to deploy scalable solutions, improve customer success, and reduce technical debt while advancing platform capabilities.

Formación

• Experience designing APIs and cloud-based integrations.
• Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong programming and production-quality solution development.
• Proven ability to work across customer-facing and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain custom integrations using APIs and cloud tech.
• Deliver technical solutions addressing complex customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customer teams, Product, and Engineering on deployments.
• Develop and improve internal tools and operational solutions.
• Enhance reliability, scalability, and reduce technical debt.
