Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) with a strong focus on integration development to join our team in Mexico City.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that support sales operations and customer-facing platforms, with emphasis on fullstack and integration work. You will lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions while collaborating with product, UX, and other

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in software development with at least 4 years in a fullstack role.
• Experience with API authentication, OAuth 2.0.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable fullstack applications.
• Onboarding new customers by integrating their data sources with internal platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to architectural evolution and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate new tools and frameworks.
• Work with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Agentforce and integrations.
