Eosol Group in Mexico City is seeking a Mid-Senior level Mexico Technical Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for off-grid, grid-tied and energy storage solar systems.

You will work with distributors, assist warehouse operations, diagnose inverter faults, guide installers, and support the sales team with technical knowledge. English is the daily working language, and on-site work in Mexico City is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation or related fields.
• PV industry experience with inverter operating principles.
• Experience with inverter commissioning, installation, maintenance and fault troubleshooting; Growatt preferred.
• Proficient with office software and basic electrician knowledge including multimeter use.
• English used as daily working language.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for solar systems in Mexico via phone, chat and email; manage after-sales cases.
• Coordinate with distributors, prepare meeting minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Assist daily operations of the local Latin America warehouse.
• Offer remote and on-site technical support to distributors and installers.
• Diagnose inverter faults and analyze after-sales data.
• Guide installers through installation, monitoring and maintenance of PV systems.
• Provide technical support to the sales team.
