Sungrow is seeking a technical professional to join the LatAm engineering team in Mexico City. The role focuses on pre-sales support, technical alignment with EPCs, investors, and system integrators for ESS solutions.

The candidate will leverage deep ESS, inverter and substation knowledge, maintain relationships with energy clients, and contribute to regulatory input and R&D. Travel availability is required.

Formación

• Master or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable higher education qualification

Responsabilidades

• Pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients (EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors)
• Support sales team with ESS system technical solutions
• Become a trusted technical advisor to the customer’s engineering staff
• Track market demands from key accounts
• Set up a channel between internal team and customers
• Interpret regulatory requirements and provide input to R&D
• Support, coordinate and develop the offers and technical solutions
• Convince customers to buy Sungrow products from a technical point of view
• Collect market information including market data, industry trends, product standards and competitor information
• Conduct product training, seminars and presentations to customers and/or other stakeholders if required
• Attend national and international fairs and congresses
