The Adecco Group seeks a Solution Engineer - Solar PV & Battery Energy Storage (C&I) in Mexico City. You will design and dimension commercial & industrial PV systems, develop integrated PV + BESS solutions, and translate customer requirements into viable energy solutions with a focus on self-consumption, peak shaving and backup power.

You will work with commercial teams to analyze requirements, produce technical proposals and BOQs, and ensure grid-connection compliance while growing expertise in

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of Solar PV engineering, presales, or C&I project design.
• Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems and electrical fundamentals.
• Experience with C&I Solar, distributed generation or grid-connected PV systems.
• Knowledge of solar inverters, electrical protections, sizing and diagrams.
• Experience or exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is desirable.
• Knowledge of SCADA or monitoring systems is desirable.
• English proficiency for international collaboration.
• Available to work in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Design, dimension and evaluate Commercial & Industrial PV systems.
• Support development of integrated Solar PV + Battery Energy Storage solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements into technically viable energy solutions.
• Assist with applications including self-consumption, peak shaving and backup power.
• Perform system architecture, inverter configuration, string sizing and equipment selection analyses.
• Prepare and review single-line diagrams, layouts, technical proposals and BOQs.
• Support compliance with electrical and grid-connection requirements.
• Provide guidance on grid-tied inverters, protections, monitoring and SCADA.
• Assist in responses for complex C&I and distributed-generation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and customers during technical discussions.
• Present and defend proposed technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in advanced PV, inverters and energy-storage tech.
