Huawei Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Solution Engineer in Energy Sectors to design technical solutions for PV+BESS projects from Santa Fe, CDMX. The role focuses on dimensioning utility systems and supporting pre-sales with performance comparisons against competitors for client engineering teams.

Drafts of proposals must comply with local low and medium-voltage grid codes. A strong English proficiency is required, with at least 2 years of full-time experience in renewable energy.

Formación

• Understand the Renewable energy business.
• Understand how to develop the solution for customers and know about grid interconnection regulation.
• Understand PV + BESS products, and good knowledge about String inverter and centralized inverter.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Project Design: Dimension Utility systems using smart string inverters and ESS for PV+BESS applications.
• Pre-Sales Technical Defense: Conduct performance and analyses Smart PV vs competitor technologies to demonstrate viability to clients' engineering teams.
• Draft technical proposals that comply with local low and medium-voltage grid codes regulations.

Role & Tasks

• Technical Project Design: Dimension Utility systems using smart string inverters and Utility Smart String Energy Storage Systems (ESS) for applications like PV+BESS.
• Pre-Sales Technical Defense: Conduct performance and analyses Smart PV vs competitor technologies to demonstrate financial and technical viability to clients' engineering teams.
• Draft technical proposals that comply with local low and medium-voltage grid codes regulations

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Understand the Renewable energy business.
• Understand the how to develop the solution for customer and know about grid interconnection regulation.
• Understand PV + BESS products, and good knowledge about String inverter and centralized inverter.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience full time in the position
• Work location: Santa Fe, CDMX. (We have transportation services in some points)
