The Adecco Group is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager – Smart PV & Energy Storage to develop strategic opportunities in Mexico's commercial and industrial solar market. You will work at the intersection of Solar PV, Energy Storage and digital power technologies, building relationships with EPCs, developers, IPPs and industrial customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial, business development or key account experience within the solar/renewable energy industry.
• Experience within C&I Solar, Solar PV, distributed generation, inverters, energy solutions or related technologies.
• Existing relationships with EPCs, solar developers and industrial energy customers in Mexico.
• Strong consultative-selling and business-development capabilities.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical value propositions.
• Experience with BESS / Energy Storage is highly desirable; deeper BESS expertise encouraged.
• Advanced English preferred for collaboration in an international environment.
• Availability to work in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage strategic accounts within the Commercial & Industrial solar market.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for Solar PV, Smart String Inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, developers, IPPs, industrial customers and other key stakeholders.
• Develop a strong pipeline of distributed-generation, self-consumption and C&I energy projects.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineering teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals and complex negotiations.
• Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities within Mexico's solar and energy-storage ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technical, channel and internal teams to convert opportunities into projects.]

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Smart PV & Energy Storage to develop strategic business opportunities within Mexico's Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar market.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to work at the intersection of Solar PV, Energy Storage (BESS) and digital power technologies , developing relationships with key players across the Mexican renewable energy ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development capabilities with knowledge of the solar industry and an established network among EPCs, developers, IPPs and/or industrial customers .

You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing technical energy solutions and translating customer needs into business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage strategic accounts within the Commercial & Industrial solar market .
• Identify and develop new opportunities for Solar PV, Smart String Inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) .
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, developers, IPPs, industrial customers and other key stakeholders .

• Understand customers' business and technical requirements and coordinate with Solution Engineering teams to develop competitive solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities within Mexico's solar and energy-storage ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technical, channel and internal teams to successfully convert opportunities into projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commercial Management or a related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of commercial, business development or key account experience within the solar/renewable energy industry .
• Experience within C&I Solar, Solar PV, distributed generation, inverters, energy solutions or related technologies .
• Existing relationships or demonstrated experience working with EPCs, solar developers and/or industrial energy customers in Mexico .
• Strong consultative-selling and business-development capabilities.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical value propositions.
• Experience with BESS / Energy Storage is highly desirable; candidates with strong C&I solar experience and the ability to develop deeper BESS expertise are also encouraged to apply.
• Advanced English preferred for collaboration in an international environment.
• Availability to work in Mexico City .
