BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems seeks an experienced SLP Manager, Program Management to lead a team of program and launch managers across several product lines in a fast-paced setting. You will drive program timing, cost, quality and technical content from award to production launch, reporting to the PDS Director, Americas.

The role requires a strong background in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and APQP/PDP processes, with a proven ability to remove obstacles and deliver

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business, engineering, or manufacturing.
• 0 to 3 years of Program Management experience, with at least 5 years of cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Functionally manage and lead a team of program and launch managers for SLP programs across multiple product lines.
• Define and implement a clear, executable vision for the team.
• Resolve internal and external issues, remove roadblocks, and report critical issues to leadership.
• Ensure teams have processes, resources and tools to succeed.
• Communicate expectations clearly to the team.
• Drive accountability for program commitments and PDP compliance.
• Serve as liaison between Program Managers at centers and SLP Operations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through program execution.
