BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking an SLP Manager, Program Management to lead a team of program and launch managers across multiple product lines. You will drive execution from award to production launch, ensuring timing, cost, and quality while resolving issues and removing roadblocks.

The role requires strong program management skills, financial understanding, and collaboration with Sales, Product Engineering, and Operations to meet customer expectations within a global framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in business, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in program management with cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial understanding related to programs.
• Knowledge of APQP and product development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a clear vision for the SLP PM team.
• Lead program and launch managers across multiple product lines.
• Resolve internal and external issues and remove roadblocks.
• Manage program risks and issues with transparent reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Engineering, and Operations.
• Conduct regular team and joint BorgWarner/customer meetings.
• Promote PDP compliance and LA/GS model adoption.
• Drive customer relationship management and APQP initiatives.
