BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking an EHS&S Manager to lead the development, management and improvement of Safety, Health, Environment, Energy and Asset Protection systems at the SLPM and SLPE plants, driving a culture of prevention and compliance.

The role requires coordinating with medical, safety and engineering teams, maintaining audits, and ensuring adherence to legal and corporate standards. This is a key leadership position in a global mobility solutions company.

Formación

• Education: Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in EHS&S coordination or supervision
• Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems
• Lead auditor of ISO 4500, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate diverse stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to implement and maintain EHS&S policies, objectives and programs.
• Develop the comprehensive annual work plan for the systems in charge (Safety, Health, Environment, Energy, Ergonomics and Property Security).
• Lead the implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 management systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements across sites.
• Lead investigations using 8D methodology to determine corrective actions.
