BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking an agile, results driven SLP Manager, Program Management to lead a team of program and launch managers from award through production launch. You will drive timing, cost, quality and technical content across multiple product lines in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role focuses on implementing a clear team vision, resolving issues, and maintaining strong collaboration with Sales, Product Engineering, and operations to meet customer commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong program management skills including resource, task, and budget planning.
• High level of technical competence, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of program & launch managers across multiple product lines.
• Define and implement a clear vision for the team.
• Manage risks and issues and report to leadership.
• Ensure processes, resources and tools support program success.
• Maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder communication.
