Eaton's ES AMER ARS division in Juarez, MX is seeking a Program Manager I to lead Engineering R&D, OpEx, and Continuous Improvement projects. The role manages project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and change control using PROLaunch, VAVE, STB, or BPS processes, serving as a PROLaunch champion and guiding site self-assessments and action plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading programs or projects for engineering or manufacturing teams.
• PMP Certification preferred; knowledge of PM methodologies, processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Accountability for project scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Leads the PROLaunch team during each development phase to ensure Activity Matrix deliverables are defined and achieved.
• Coordinates all risks and requirements of the program by planning, controlling, and integrating all projects into the programs.
• Develops and manages communication plan and provides regular status updates to internal leadership.
• Drives the implementation of standard PM tools to improve program management at the site.
