BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems seeks an experienced SLP Manager, Program Management to lead a team of program and launch managers across several product lines in a fast-paced setting. BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for an “agile, results driven” individual to join as SLP MANAGER, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. In this role, this individual is responsible for functionally managing and leading a team of program & launch managers within the SLP site ensuring the team is meeting or exceeding internal and external (to BorgWarner) expectations including project timing, technical content (product and process), cost, and quality from award to production launch. The Manager, Program Management will report to the PDS Director of Sales & Program Management, Americas. This role may include multiple program types: New business pursuits New product or new business launches Changes to Production applications BorgWarner PDS products that this role may support include: xEV Drive Units, Electric Motors, Power Inverters, Electronics
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
