Fulcrum Digital Inc is seeking an experienced Production Support lead to oversee all aspects of the production environment, drive monitoring strategies, and respond to incidents with rapid remediation. You will automate deployments, enhance resiliency, and collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

The role requires strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge, experience with Splunk or Dynatrace, and hands-on CI/CD workflows in an AWS environment. On-call duties are expected as part of operations.

Competenze

• Experience with ITSM and monitoring tools (Splunk or Dynatrace).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response background.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins and scripting in Groovy/YAML/Shell.
• Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL and cloud (AWS) environments.
