Qualifications

• Experience with Linux in production environments.
• Proficiency in monitoring with Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM process knowledge.
• Proven leadership in production support and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee production environment operations.
• Define and improve monitoring/alerting strategies.
• Lead incident response and drive MTTR reduction.
• Collaborate with development teams across time zones.
• Automate deployments and improve CI/CD workflows.
• Ensure reliability through capacity planning and resiliency exercises.
