Capgemini Engineering is seeking a seasoned Production Support Lead to drive incident and problem management across critical production applications. You will partner with global DevOps, infrastructure and architecture teams to improve service health, balance speed to market and maintain compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in production/support roles, ITSM knowledge, and familiarity with AI-assisted tooling to enhance IT operations. Flexibility for critical events is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in production/support/application service operations (SQM) roles.
• End-to-end ownership of Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM standards ( HSBC or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery and operations.
• Global working mentality with time flexibility for critical incidents.
