Emerson in Nuevo Laredo seeks a senior site leader to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the facility. You will align with business objectives, customer requirements and Emerson values while building a high‑performing organization.

You will champion safety, quality and continuous improvement, own the site's P&L, budgets and forecasts, and drive productivity across manufacturing, purchasing and inventory to meet targets and customer commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience leading complex multi‑function manufacturing environments with site accountability.
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and profitability initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, supply chain, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading diverse teams and translating strategy into operational results.
• Ability to travel as required to support objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all functions within the Nuevo Laredo facility.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing organization prioritizing collaboration, learning, inclusion and accountability.
• Coach leaders, establish expectations, and build organizational capability and succession pipelines.
• Champion safety, integrity, quality, and operational excellence across the site.
• Drive manufacturing performance to meet customer commitments and on‑time delivery across operations.
• Develop and execute plans to optimize capacity, scheduling, and efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer challenges and improve satisfaction.
• Lead product transfers, new introductions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Own the site's P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Drive productivity and cost competitiveness through manufacturing, purchasing, inventory and resource management.
• Monitor performance metrics and take actions to support growth and margin objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and problem‑solving methods.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, environmental and safety programs.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, customers and global partners for long‑term success.
