Emerson Mexicali is seeking a results‑driven Operations Leader to direct daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. You will coach supervisors and frontline teams while coordinating with Planning, Materials, Engineering, and Quality to optimize resources and processes.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing/industrial teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading teams, motivating employees, and driving results through collaboration and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex operational challenges.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements that positively impact business performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to manufacturing supervisors and production teams.
• Coordinate production priorities with Planning, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and Human Resources to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Optimize the use of personnel, equipment, materials, and manufacturing resources to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory reduction, and operational performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven decision-making to improve manufacturing outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production challenges, improve processes, and support new product introductions.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by supporting safety programs, employee training, and compliance with company standards.
• Support employee engagement, workforce planning, training, and talent development initiatives.
• Lead operational reviews and communicate departmental performance, objectives, and improvement plans.
