Emerson is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive daily operations, coordinating with Planning, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and HR to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will coach supervisors, optimize resources, and lead continuous improvement efforts across safety, productivity, and process excellence.

The role requires strong data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, with fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing, production, operations, or industrial teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and operational excellence practices.
• Experience leading teams, motivating employees, and driving results through collaboration and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex operational challenges.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements that positively impact business performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to manufacturing supervisors and production teams.
• Coordinate production priorities with Planning, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and HR to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Optimize the use of personnel, equipment, materials, and manufacturing resources to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory reduction, and operational performance.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven decision-making to improve manufacturing outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production challenges and support new product introductions.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by supporting safety programs, employee training, and compliance with company standards.
• Support employee engagement, workforce planning, training, and talent development initiatives.
• Lead operational reviews and communicate departmental performance, objectives, and improvement plans.
