OPmobility is seeking an HR Director for the One Roof R&D Monterrey project. You will act as the HR partner, drive HR processes, enable recruitment and onboarding, and guide capability development within a cross-BG matrix.

You will orchestrate workforce ramp-up and transformation while ensuring compliance with Group HR standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business Admin and 5+ years in HR, ideally in industrial or R&D settings, with strong stakeholder management and

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years HR experience, ideally in industrial or R&D environments.
• Experience in project-based or transformation environments, preferably cross-functional or international.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations).
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the dedicated HR partner within the One Roof R&D Monterrey project team, ensuring successful implementation of HR processes, workforce ramp-up, and organizational transformation in alignment with the cross-BG model.
• Support the project team by enabling efficient recruitment, onboarding, capability development, and HR governance, while facilitating change management and ensuring compliance with Group HR standards.
