OPmobility in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an Industrial Project Leader for a full-time permanent role. The candidate will lead industrial projects, coordinate budgets, and ensure on-time production launches while working in an international context.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of project management experience within industrial environments, plus strong communication and analytical skills. The role is based on site in Monterrey.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in engineering, science or business.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management.
• Strong experience in managing industrial projects.

Responsabilidades

• Interface between plant, management and project team.
• Analyze capacity and propose industrial schemes.
• Establish and manage master project timing plan and core team planning.
• Organize project reviews with core team and track actions.
• Identify risks and drive action plans to mitigate them.
• Monitor progress and escalation of project risks.
• Provide periodic reporting to the Director of Programs.
• Prepare milestone reports for the Milestone committee.
• Assess final status against original objectives and capture lessons learned.
