OPmobility is seeking an experienced SITE HR DIRECTOR for the One Roof Monterrey project to lead HR initiatives, drive recruitment, onboarding, and capability development, and ensure governance and change management across a matrix organization.

The role requires 5+ years in HR within industrial or R&D settings and a strong understanding of HR processes, with a focus on collaboration across multiple stakeholders and international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in industrial or R&D environments.
• Experience in project-based or transformation environments (preferably cross-functional or international).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations).
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
