One Mobility Group in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks an HR Operations Partner to join our international team. You will manage disciplinary processes, onboarding, employee movements, and records in SAP, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, has 2+ years of experience, and advanced English skills, with strong emotional intelligence, urgency, and excellent time management.

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor-related documentation.
• Support the resolution of employee relations issues and help foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration and compliance with hiring requirements.
• Manage employee movements, including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic employee records.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and vacancy coverage.
• Follow up on employee services and benefits, including transportation and cafeteria programs.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits related to Human Resources.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure employee data is accurately maintained in SAP or equivalent systems.

We are looking for
